On April 7, 2012, the family of Theresa Ford Jones gave her a surprise Appreciation Day for her 90th Birthday. The event was held at the Osterneck Auditorium in downtown Lumberton, NC. The celebration highlights were presentations by her grandchildren and a heart-warming power-point presentation by Redstone Hayswood Connections. The décor was created and showcased by her grandsons and granddaughters. The delectable food was prepared by her son. The family is grateful to Redstone Hayswood Association for the support of a 1940 graduate of Redstone Academy, Mrs. Theresa Ford Jones.
